All orders are final. We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

Credit notes/ exchanges are available on all full-priced items, excluding pacifier clips or teether products due to sanitary regulations (see below for exclusions). Items must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order and any received thereafter may be denied. 

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once Parker and Co Baby has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a credit note or exchange is issued. Parker and Co Baby reserves the right to deny a request if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a credit/ exchange. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Parker and Co Baby will not be issued a credit/exchange. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

***Please note that the international shipping costs that Parker and Co Baby provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Parker and Co Baby. 

EXCLUSIONS

**No refunds or exchanges on orders made via AFTERPAY. The customer will only be allowed to exchange a garment for an alternate size, granting the garment is still in stock. 

Pre-ordered & back-ordered items: an item that has been ordered before it is available for purchase.

No REFUNDS on pre-ordered/backordered items. Pre-orders are considered as a commitment by a customer to a product before it is available for purchase. It is then set aside for an individual and thus cannot be refunded. However, a store credit or exchanged will be offered in this instance. Any pre-ordered/ backordered Items which are returned for refund will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. 

Final sale item: an item that has been purchased during a promotional/ sale period or is reduced from its original price. 

No EXCHANGE or REFUND on final sale items or items purchased during sale periods (i.e Black Friday, EOFY, Boxing Day etc). All final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. 

Print to order garments: an item that has been ordered and printed post purchase as per the customers request (made to order) i.e text onesie collection.

No REFUNDS on print to order garments. Purchasing a print to order garment is considered as a commitment by a customer to the product. It is then sent to the printer, and made to order and thus cannot be refunded. However, a store credit or exchanged will be offered in this instance. Any print to order garments which are returned for refund will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
